Organic Velvet Wave Espresso Blend is a masterful blend of African, Indonesian, and South American beans. Roasted at a Viennese level, when the sugars just begin to caramelize to perfection, this slightly darker roast creates a smooth balance that highlights the blend’s natural, organic flavors.

Recently purchased a bag to make espresso in the morning. I love the coffee. It holds its freshness. Othe brands I have purchased do not have the roasting date which seems to be very important. Jerrod has been great to work with. He has helped me find the blend I like. I will soon try other blends and try a lighter roast.
I love 3rd Wave Coffee. It is the only one I will purchase. Loyal and addicted! I've tried a few blends but Velvet Wave is my favorite.
I ordered three 1lb bags of coffee. 1 uncle monkey (we loved it) one velvet wave (opened this today and it was also delicious) and one Honduras COMSA Marcala (not tried yet). The coffees are clean, smooth tasting. Much better than what we have been purchasing. Very satisfied but this is also a little expensive for our budget for as often as we drink coffee. Trying to figure a balance so that we can continue to purchase.
