Organic Honduras Royal Reserve Coffee Beans – Natural Process

Coffee Profile

Tasting Notes: Cacao • Blackberry • Brown Sugar
Origin: Marcala, Honduras
Process: Natural

Flavor Experience

Honduras Royal Reserve showcases the vibrant sweetness and fruit-forward character that make natural process coffees so captivating. In the cup, you'll discover rich cacao, ripe blackberry, and deep brown sugar sweetness, creating a layered and complex coffee experience with a smooth, lingering finish.

The natural process allows the coffee cherry to dry around the bean, enhancing sweetness, body, and fruit complexity. This method produces a fuller mouthfeel and greater flavor intensity, highlighting the coffee's naturally expressive character while maintaining balance and drinkability.

Whether brewed as pour over coffee, drip coffee, French press, espresso, or cold brew, Honduras Royal Reserve delivers a memorable specialty coffee experience with remarkable depth and sweetness.

Coffee Origin

Honduras Royal Reserve originates from the renowned Marcala region of Honduras and is produced by members of COMSA (Café Orgánico Marcala, S.A.), one of the country's most respected coffee organizations. Founded in 2000 by a group of farmers committed to sustainable agriculture, COMSA has become internationally recognized for producing high-quality specialty coffee while investing in the long-term success of its farming communities.

Through Organic and Fair Trade certifications, COMSA has helped coffee producers gain access to global specialty coffee markets while creating meaningful opportunities for economic growth. Fair Trade premiums are reinvested directly into community initiatives, including educational programs, teacher support, school supplies, and improvements to local schools that help provide meals for children through regional nutrition programs.

The natural process used for Honduras Royal Reserve further highlights the exceptional quality of the coffee, producing a cup that reflects both the rich growing conditions of Marcala and the dedication of the farmers who carefully cultivate and process every harvest. The result is a coffee that combines outstanding flavor with a story of sustainability, community investment, and craftsmanship.
