Organic Flores Bajawa Ngura "Komodo Dragon" is sourced from the town of Bajawa in the Ngada District of Flores, grown at elevations of 1220–1524 meters. Varietals include Catimor, Timor Hybrids, and Typica. Processed using the traditional wet-hulled method and patio-dried for a bold, distinctive character. Naturally low in acidity, this coffee is smooth and full-bodied.
