This organic Ethiopian coffee comes from the famous Yirgacheffe region, known for producing some of the most aromatic and flavorful coffees in the world. Grown in the Gelana Abaya area at high elevations, this coffee develops exceptional sweetness and complexity.

Using the natural (dry) process, the coffee cherries are dried with the fruit still on the bean, creating a cup that is rich, fruity, and naturally sweet. This method brings out bold flavors and a smooth, full body.
