Flavor Experience
Organic Colombia Huila Asobombo is a smooth and balanced single-origin Colombian coffee showcasing the sweetness and approachable fruit character for which coffees from Huila are celebrated. In the cup, you'll discover creamy milk chocolate, ripe cherry, and rich brown sugar, creating a layered coffee with a satisfying body and clean, sweet finish.
The fully washed process enhances clarity and structure while allowing the coffee's natural sweetness to remain at the center of the cup. Milk chocolate and brown sugar create a rich foundation, while cherry introduces a gentle fruit character that brings brightness and complexity to the profile.
Whether enjoyed as pour over coffee, drip coffee, French press, or espresso, these freshly roasted Colombian coffee beans offer a versatile specialty coffee experience with an inviting balance of chocolate, fruit, and caramelized sweetness.

Coffee Origin
Organic Colombia Huila Asobombo comes from smallholder coffee producers in Huila, one of Colombia's most recognized specialty coffee-growing regions. The coffee is associated with the producer organization historically known as ASOBOMBO, or Grupo Asociativo El Bombo Pitalito Inza, which was established to help its members improve access to specialty coffee markets and pursue sustainable prices for their coffee.
Based around Pitalito in southern Huila, the organization brings together smallholder producers committed to organic agriculture and careful coffee production. Many members process coffee on their own farms, managing important steps from harvesting ripe coffee cherries through washing and drying before the coffees are prepared for export.
The organization has also worked to expand opportunities for women within its coffee-producing communities. Women's producer groups associated with the cooperative have invested coffee premiums into farm and processing improvements while supporting initiatives designed to strengthen opportunities for women and their families.
Careful fully washed processing contributes to the clean and balanced character of this Colombian coffee. With notes of milk chocolate, cherry, and brown sugar, Organic Colombia Huila Asobombo offers an approachable expression of southern Huila—combining familiar Colombian sweetness with enough fruit character and complexity to make the cup distinctive.
