While this coffee is definitely engaging at various roast levels, the Full City roast level is recommended to truly taste the nuance of all the fabulous flavors of this single origin bean. Of course you know we are happy to roast to any level to suit your personal tastes, and have had excellent feedback from customers ordering their Honduras at a darker Viennese roast level. However, be aware that roasting this excellent bean at a French level is unfair, to you and this fabulous flavorful bean! (of course that’s a personal opinion!) We recommend you start with a Full City roast level, as it’s always an excellent starting point, and then adjust if you so desire.
