Flavor Experience
This organic Ethiopia Yirgacheffe coffee delivers the vibrant and fruit-forward character that has made Ethiopian coffees famous in the specialty coffee world. In the cup you’ll experience bright berry notes, delicate florals, and a smooth honey-like sweetness, creating a balanced and aromatic brew with a clean finish.
The natural processing method enhances the coffee’s natural sugars, giving this single-origin coffee a rich body and complex flavor profile that shines in pour-over, drip coffee, or espresso.

Coffee Origin
This coffee comes from the famous Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, one of the most respected coffee-growing regions in the world. Grown at high elevations in the Gelana Abaya area, the beans develop exceptional sweetness and complexity due to the region’s ideal climate and fertile soil.
Using the traditional natural (dry) process, the coffee cherries are dried with the fruit still surrounding the bean. This method enhances the fruit-forward characteristics that make Ethiopian coffees some of the most distinctive and aromatic coffees available.

The coffee has less bloom and less chaff than the Sidamo. Very good cup of coffee.
