Our Organic Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Natural offers a beautifully balanced expression of one of coffee's most celebrated growing regions. Gentle notes of dried berries and milk chocolate are complemented by a subtle floral aroma and a tea-like finish, creating a cup that is both vibrant and approachable.
The natural processing method enhances the coffee's sweetness and body without overwhelming its refined character. Whether brewed as a pour-over, drip coffee, or espresso, this single-origin coffee delivers a smooth, layered cup with lingering sweetness and remarkable clarity.

Coffee Origin
This coffee comes from the famous Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, one of the most respected coffee-growing regions in the world. Grown at high elevations in the Gelana Abaya area, the beans develop exceptional sweetness and complexity due to the region’s ideal climate and fertile soil.
Using the traditional natural (dry) process, the coffee cherries are dried with the fruit still surrounding the bean. This method enhances the fruit-forward characteristics that make Ethiopian coffees some of the most distinctive and aromatic coffees available.

Love this coffee when Jared puts his roasting magic on it. The most drinkable black coffee.
The coffee has less bloom and less chaff than the Sidamo. Very good cup of coffee.
